Description

Handmade fused glass pendant & chain. All Jewellery is completely individual and original. The glass is fused by a high firing process using a mixture of oxides, coloured glass and copper, and the kiln does the rest! No two pieces are the same, and because its a natural process, the glass forms itself into different shapes and patterns, so they may not be perfectly round and they might have bubbles……. but I think this just makes them more interesting!! This one is fairly round with strands of subtly sparkling copper like seaweed, with a hint of yellow on the edge.
The lovely bales are also handcrafted in Stirling Silver, as are the smooth 18 inch snake chains (these aren’t handmade but they are very carefully selected!) The bales sit very flat on the rear of the stones making the necklaces very comfortable to wear and even more beautiful!
And just to make them even more special, the glass used is left over and recycled from other projects so there is minimal waste, and we try to use recyclable/recycled packaging as much as we can.
