Our site offers users to sell goods, digital content and services. We do not assume any responsibility for the goods and services our users sell on our site. We cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of any goods and services sold by users on mycraftshop.uk. However, if we are made aware that a users is violating these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to suspend or prohibit the user from selling goods and services on our site.
Each seller is solely responsible for ensuring that they are not in breach of copyright and licencing laws. My craft shop UK do not accept responsibility for the goods and services sold by our sellers.
AGE RESTRICTION
The minimum age to use our site is 18 years of age. By using this site, users agree that they are over 18 years old. We do not assume any legal responsibility for false statements regarding age. Subscribers must be 18 years of age or above.
Subscribers operating as a business must have the authority of the business to agree to the terms of use.
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
SITE ETIQUETTE
As a user of the site, you agree to use our site legally, not to use our site for illegal purposes, and not to:
Harass or mistreat other users of the site and affiliated social media groups
Violate the rights of other users of the site and affiliated social media groups
Violate the intellectual property rights of the site owners or any third party to the site
Hack into the accounts of any other site users
Act in any way that could be considered fraudulent
Post any material that may be deemed inappropriate or offensive.
(please note: any items to be sold that contain explicit language, must have edited images with words covered or partly covered. For example: vowels to be blanked out/blurred or removed when advertised) The same applies for titles and search words.
SELLERS
What can I sell on My Craft Shop UK? We want to give our UK based crafters, designers, artists and makers a platform to sell and grow their shops and customer base. We accept all handmade crafts, personally designed digital content, patterns and books.
We have a huge category list of handmade crafts, if you feel your makes do not fit into any of these suggested areas, or you are unsure if you can list your items, please get in touch with admin@mycraftshop.uk and we can assist.

We urge you to do your own research and contact craft companies you buy materials, designs and craft items from, if you are in any doubt of your right to make and sell with components you are using.
CONSUMER PROTECTION LAW
Were the Sale of Goods Act 1979, the Consumer Rights Act 2015, or any other consumer protection legislation and jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these terms will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These terms and conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these terms and conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
My Craft Shop UK and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses, including legal fees, from the use of the site.
INDEMNITY
Except where prohibited by law, by using this site you indemnify and hold harmless My Craft Shop and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our site, or your violation of these terms and conditions.
ACCEPTABLE BY LAW
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Country of England.
SEVERABILITY
If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these terms and conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these terms and conditions will still be considered valid.
PAYMENT OF FEES
Subscribers agree to pay the fees, as advertised, in advance. As of 6.9.2022 the current fee is £10 per month.
Subscriptions renew automatically and you will be automatically billed until we receive notification that you wish to cancel your subscription. Please email admin@mycraftshop.uk to notify of cancellation. In the event of account suspension or closure, all subscriptions and fees are non-refundable.
All vendors are responsible for payment fees incurred in each transaction.
There are no fees applicable for listings or commissions on sales taken by My Craft Shop UK.
Mycraftshop.uk reserves the right to amend a subscription period or fee at any time without explanation.
Mycraftshop.uk is not obligated to issue refunds.
Where a subscriber ceases to pay, all listings will be permanently removed and cannot be reinstated.
